Call for Student Entries!

The Lancaster County Council of the Arts and the Arras Foundation are requesting the creative talents of local K – 5th grade aged children. Banners will be displayed in downtown Lancaster featuring the original artwork of local students to promote the 2025 Give Local! fundraiser, scheduled for November 2025.

Guidelines

1. Printed artwork will be approximately 40” tall and 28” wide. Submitted artwork must be created on the included template in order to fit this ratio. Please instruct the students to orient their design vertically. 
2. Artwork is to be contained within the boundary lines. Any art that exceeds this boundary is not guaranteed to be printed on the final banner. 
3. Please ensure the students’ name, grade, school (if applicable), and contact information are filled out on the template. If a design is chosen and we do not have contact information, a different winner will be selected. 
4. Any artwork received after the due date will not be accepted.

Open to: K – 5th grade aged children
DUE DATE: September 19th @ 4:00pm

Winners will be chosen and contacted by October and banners installed early November.
