Creative Tuesdays On The Move

In January 2022, the Lancaster County Council of the Arts launched our Creative Tuesdays program to offer art workshops to our community. This year, we are introducing "Creative Tuesdays on the Move," expanding to include multiple locations throughout Lancaster County.

July 14th | Watercolor: Fur & Feathers with Gina Noelle Ash

This workshop is designed for those who have a little experience with watercolor and want to explore new subject matter — painting animals and birds. During the first half of class, we will focus on the basics of blocking in shapes and establishing the highlights and shadows that define the form of the subject. Next we'll move on to the details! We will learn new techniques for recreating the textures of fur and feathers and painting lively, sparkling eyes! The flyer for this class, and example photos, can be found here.
